Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable we may substitute a product of equal or greater value from another of our British makers, and we will tell you if we do.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax due. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout. If we spot a pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Orders are usually dispatched for next working day delivery within the UK. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Hampers containing alcohol may only be ordered by, and delivered to, someone aged 18 or over. We or our carrier may ask for proof of age on delivery and may refuse to hand over the parcel if it cannot be provided.

We print the message you give us onto a card and include it with the gift. We may decline to print anything unlawful, offensive or infringing someone else’s rights.

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
