• Your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number.
• Order details, including hamper choice, wine selection and any personal message.
• Corporate enquiry details such as company name, quantities and delivery dates.
• Email address only, where you ask us for a gift reminder or join our newsletter.
• Technical information such as device type, pages viewed and approximate location.

Card payments are taken by our payment providers through Shopify checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

• To take payment, pack your hamper and arrange delivery (to perform our contract).
• To answer enquiries and prepare corporate quotes (our legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails and gift reminders (with your consent, opt out anytime).
• To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).

We share information only with the suppliers who help us run the business: our online store and checkout provider, our delivery carriers, our email provider, our hosting and analytics providers, and our accountants. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for their own purposes.

Order and accounting records are kept for seven years to meet UK tax requirements. Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time.
