English still and sparkling wine from a 25-acre vineyard on the south-facing slopes of Ledbury, where vines were first recorded in 1276. Replanted in 2012, the estate now crafts elegant wines that reflect the character of the land and each vintage.

Kent

The Uncommon

English wine in a can, grown on a south-facing slope of the Kent Downs. Founded in 2017, it became the first company in the UK to can English wine and the country's first B Corp-certified winemaker.

Dry, pale and audacious English sparkling rosé from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown on the Kent Downs — overflowing with red summer fruits, in a beautifully judged 187ml single-serve can (11% ABV).

Willie's Cacao

Bean to bar chocolate made from single-estate cacao, roasted and refined in Devon. Milk of the Gods is rich and smooth without ever being sweet for the sake of it.

Dorset

Olives Et Al

Britain's original olive artisans, founded in 1993 by Giles and Annie Henschel after a year-long motorcycle journey around the Mediterranean collecting recipes. Everything is still hand-marinated in small batches at their kitchen in Sturminster Newton, Dorset.

Lake District

Hawkshead Relish

Award-winning relishes, chutneys and preserves made in the village of Hawkshead, in the heart of the English Lake District. Founded in 1999 from a small café kitchen, everything is still cooked by hand in small open-pan batches using locally sourced, all-natural ingredients.

Peter's Yard

Slow-fermented sourdough crackers baked in small batches. Crisp, savoury and made to be shared — the Rosemary & Sea Salt are the ones we keep coming back to.
